Cibele Plouff paints representational landscapes. Her works begin in Plein Air (outdoor painting) while finishing in the studio from memory or her photos. Oil paintings from her gardening experiences, park hikes,  and bay views.

She paints in Northeast Wisconsin, as well as at the bays of Lake Superior. Inspired by local nature preserves or her travels,  she watches the glowing mornings at the bay until sunset.​

She is a natural-born painter introduced to plein air (  outdoor painting), and prismatic palette. Cibele has been participating in local art shows, and as an artistic member of The Hardy Gallery in Door County WI, WVA Wisconsin Artists North. Her works are in progress, something that embraces her heart.
